You'll meet the owner and lead engineer. He will listen and learn your unique user story, document your pain points and he'll write down your needs and your goals for your business.
Options and Business Analysis
We'll outline initial technology options, pros and cons, We may offer a free SWAT analysis and business ROI analysis, helping you understand the business value you might get.

For larger pre-planning and strategy engagements, full consulting may involve a paid engagement.
Statement of Work
Once we agree on the solution and scope, we'll draft a statement of work, pay structure and terms.
We'll set measurable deliverable and define success. That way, we stay honest to our commitment to you and we avoid scope creep and changing timelines.

In this phase, we capture the details like, that you asked for XYZ, and XY are MUST and Z is a nice-to-have. We define the target dates and we'll agree on frequent touch points to show you progress.
Advisory and Engineering
We'll begin the work, this may be configuring deploying and releasing your website, your online marketing strategy, enabling your business with productivity applications, developing and adopting AI software or helping with other critical business software.

For consulting services, we may assess your environment, document the facts, put together options business case analysis and help you understand how to execute larger technology projects.

Close Out
We'll close out the work with and exit review, we'll document the goals, targets and requirements to ensure you got what you asked for. ​
